Dry shake hardener has a system that strengthens the surface in the process of pouring the concrete with special aggregate, silica, cement, metal and pigment. Dry shake hardener especially, is abrasion resistant (AR1, 2, and Special Class in standard of BS 8204), and is applicable to place in use of heavy equipment, logistics, and Superflat

MasterTop410, a Non-oxidizing metallic aggregate concrete surface hardener, is A thick, non-rusting, metallic aggregate surface hardener for industrial floor requiring added abrasion and impact resistance in industrial facilities.
- Areas that can be beneft from metallic-aggregate surface, but because of constant or frequent wet condition, require that the metallic-aggregate be non-oxidizing
- Indoor installations where requirements include durability at a reasonable cost - Industrial floor surface subject to moderate or heavy traffic and abrasion
- Areas where surface dusting will affect the purity of manufactured products or the performance of precision machinery
- Areas frequently subject to deicing salts(Warehouses & machineries, rolling stocks, steel mills, printing, foods, and etc,)
Mastertop 100 is a pre-mixed, dry-shake surface hardner, which contains hydraulic binder and specially selected graded mineral aggregates. Mastertop 100 is designed to ensure improved durability in applications where the floor is subjected to light and medium traffic and where a non-dusting surface is required. It will improve and enhance the in use performance of all concrete floors.
- Basement and cellars
- Mechanical workshops
- Garages - Storage rooms
- Corridors, Subways
- Educational facilities
- Parking areas
- Loading Platforms
- Warehouses
- Factories
- Shopping Centres
- Showrooms and Sales areas
Mastertop 200 is premixed, ready to use powder, designed for application as a dry shake over a freshly floated concrete floor or floor screed, to obtain a highly abrasion resistant, iron armoured, monolithic topping. The product contains specially processed iron aggregate admixture that can be finished to a wide range of surface textures-from smooth to non-slip.
Mastertop 200 is recommended for treating floor areas subject to heavy traffic and high abrasion where frequent maintenance is not economically feasible and where surface dusting could be a problem.
- floors of industrial and commercial buildings subject to heavy duty traffic by fork lift, solid wheeled vehicles, etc - industrial floors subject to impact, such as fabrication shops and mechanical engineering workshops
- floors of precision machining areas such as grinding, lapping and other surface finishing operation
- parking areas and loading platforms
